Dąbrowska wnętrza
1. Description

Dąbrowska Wnętrza is a sole proprietorship interior design business based in Zabrze. The project was carried out in March 2023 when I was working at the Bombardier agency. Ania came with the need with rebranding, as she claimed that the logo she previously had did not reflect her identity and it was similar to that of her competitor from near Wrocław City.

4. Research - Inspirations

On her website:
"Architecture is based on three principles:
durability, utility, and beauty."

On the internet:
Since, according to some sources, oak trees can live for over 500 years, they have become a symbol of durability, stability, and longevity.

Her current surname Dabrowska in Polish comes out of the polish word “Dąb” (which means Oak).
It is also interesting that the ancient Greeks considered oaks to be 'mother trees' (proterai materes, literally 'first mothers') and emphasized their feminine character, attributing to them the nurturing nature of a mother. After all, it was around the oak that animals and people gathered seeking shelter.
5. Description continued

The design of the logo was inspired by the client's information that her business was established after returning from maternity leave, as well as from the fact that "the Greeks considered oaks to be mother trees, as animals and people seek shelter in them." Among these animals are, for example, birds. And what do birds do in these trees? They build nests for their families. The owner of the company, by creating interior visualizations, is like these creatures, as she builds nests for her clients.
6. Result

The final result is a titmouse building the rest of its nest in the logo. In animal symbolism, the titmouse is a sign of communication, joy, sincerity, and openness to the world. Many people consider titmice to be symbols of happiness. They are associated with positive thinking and prosperity.

The project was carried out
with the advertising agency Bombardier.
